Care of Acute Illness

To reach an accurate diagnosis, the fundamental first step is to take a precise history and listen carefully to our patients. We always endeavour to do this and then make a gentle and appropriate examination. This enables the GP to form an impression of possible diagnoses and, after discussion with the patient, a management plan is agreed upon.

This may include appropriate blood tests and other investigations to help us reach a conclusive diagnosis. When necessary, referral to a Specialist for further advice is easily arranged.

Care of Long-Term Illness

We are also experienced in the management of chronic illnesses such as diabetes, high blood pressure, asthma, heart disease and other less common illnesses.

Mental Health

Mental health conditions can be just as debilitating as physical illness, with issues such as anxiety, depression, eating disorders, stress and addiction among the most common. We have extensive experience in diagnosing and managing all of these, and when needed, can refer you to other trusted mental health professionals, such as consultant psychiatrists and therapists, for further support.

Blood Tests and Investigations

All of our doctors take blood in-house and we offer a complete range of blood tests. Diagnostic investigations such as X-rays, scans (CT, MRI and ultrasound) and cardiac tests can all be organised at excellent imaging centres in central London, often the same day, but usually within 24 to 48 hours.

Specialist Referrals

When needed, we can arrange swift access to leading consultants and specialists across multiple areas of medicine due to long-standing relationships. In these instances, you can be assured of continuity of care. We remain connected with you throughout your treatment journey to help reduce any stress and ensure that your care remains fully integrated.

Dermatology

Our experienced GPs treat and manage an extensive range of skin conditions including acne, eczema and psoriasis. Dr Hussain Al-Hashimi is specialised in checking moles to detect signs of skin cancer, and he offers regular mole checks for those who are at high risk or for peace of mind.

Antenatal Care

We offer a full range of antenatal services, including shared care with Consultant Obstetricians. Our approach to your pregnancy is personal, and your care plan is created on an individual basis.

Family Planning

All our GPs have extensive knowledge regarding contraception and family planning and can discuss all options available with you.

Cancer Screening

Screening for colon, cervical, breast, prostate and ovarian cancer is offered either as part of our Health Assessments or on an individual basis.
