New Patients & Appointments

If you are new to the practice, should the time arise when you need to see a GP, call us to book an appointment, and we will take some essential details in advance of you completing the full registration forms at your first appointment with us. These can be emailed in advance if preferred.

Your first consultation will usually be booked for 30 minutes to allow enough time for you to meet with the GP. Subsequent appointments are generally 15 minutes long but can be booked for as long as is necessary.

GP Appointments

Private consultations with an experienced GP are available by appointment, usually between 8.30 am and 5.30 pm Monday to Friday. If these times are not convenient, please contact our friendly admin team to discuss, and we will always do our best to accommodate your schedule.

Appointments are usually 15 minutes but can be booked for as long as necessary. Health Assessments are generally booked for 45 minutes to 1 hour, and you can find out more about what they include in our Health Assessment section.

Please note that the practice is usually closed at weekends and on Bank Holidays.

Chaperone

If required, we can provide a chaperone for physical examinations.

Translation Services

Any patient who requires a translator can request this service, and the practice will arrange a translator for their appointment. Please note that it may not be possible to arrange a translator on the same day.

Repeat Prescriptions

Repeat prescriptions can typically be provided to regular practice patients without consultation, provided we have a clear past record of your medication and that no review is indicated.

As an entirely independent private practice, we cannot provide NHS prescriptions.

Requests for prescriptions must be made in writing by letter or email.

Prescriptions can be collected or posted to you via first-class post. Alternatively, they can be emailed to a chemist of your choice, or an electronic prescription can be sent to you for dispensing at any chemist.
