Payment Terms and Cancellation Policy
In return for the receipt of services and facilities, these will be charged as outlined below. These must be settled before leaving the premises.
New Patient Appointments:
We require all new patients to pay a 50% deposit when making their first appointment as confirmation of their intent to attend. This is non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled with less that 24 hours of the appointment time.
Telephone and Video Consultations:
Payment will be taken on the booking of the consultation.
Cancellation Fees:
The practice operates a 24 hour cancellation policy. 50% of the cost of the consultation will be charged for the cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment within 24 hours of the appointment time.
